We’re dedicated to keeping our pupils safe online. Below are our core policies that guide everything from acceptable use to incident reporting.
Defines what pupils may and may not do on school devices and networks. All users must follow teacher instructions and respect copyright.
Encourages respectful, responsible behaviour online—treating others with kindness, thinking before posting, and protecting personal information.
Requires strong, unique passwords for school accounts, regular password changes, and no sharing of login credentials.
Zero tolerance for harassment or bullying online. Pupils must report any cyberbullying immediately to a trusted adult.
Outlines how pupil data is collected, stored, and protected under GDPR/Rwandan data laws. Parents can request access or corrections.
Pupils under 13 are not permitted on social platforms at school. All public posts must follow our school’s code of conduct.
Any online safety concern—malware, inappropriate content, harassment—should be reported immediately using our in-school reporting form.
